Warranty Policy

At Price Slice, we stand behind the quality of every device we sell. All products undergo full diagnostic testing and inspection before shipment and include a limited warranty based on the product’s condition.

Warranty Coverage by Condition

The warranty period for each product is determined by its listed grade.

Brand New / Sealed: 1-Year Limited Warranty  
Grade A+ (Premium): 1-Year Limited Warranty  
Grade A (Excellent): 6-Month Limited Warranty  
Grade B (Good): 90-Day Limited Warranty  
Grade C (Acceptable): 90-Day Limited Warranty  

The applicable warranty duration is clearly displayed on each product page at the time of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

This limited warranty covers hardware defects, functional issues arising under normal use, and manufacturer-related component failures not caused by misuse.

If a defect occurs within the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at no cost.  
If a replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose a refund or store credit.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover accidental damage, liquid or moisture damage, cosmetic wear consistent with the product’s grade, misuse, negligence, improper handling, unauthorized repairs or modifications, third-party servicing, or software issues not related to hardware defects.

Warranty Claims Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if applicable.  
Our team will guide you through the next steps and provide return or replacement instructions if required.

Important Notes

Warranty coverage applies only to the original purchaser.  
Warranty periods begin on the date of delivery.  
All warranty decisions are made following inspection and testing by our technicians.
