Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in the same condition as received.
Original packaging and all included accessories must be returned.
Proof of purchase is required.
Change-of-Mind Returns
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 4–6 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Defective Items (Within Warranty Period)
If a product develops a defect during the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
If a replacement is unavailable, the customer may choose a full refund or store credit.
Non-Returnable Situations
Returns may be refused if the product shows signs of physical damage, liquid damage, or misuse.
Returns may also be refused if unauthorized repairs or modifications have been attempted, or if the item is missing original accessories or packaging.
